Are you a Builder or an Explorer?

If you’re a consultant in AI, you’re either building or you’re teaching.
Most pick a lane.

But our clients expect both.

They’re stuck in the unknown space, and while the pressure and interest build, no one knows where to start.

So do you teach them first?
Or do you show them?

My take is that in AI, like in life, you have to see the vision to go on the journey.
