Rolling Data & AI Snowballs

Yesterday's Data & AI leaders built insights. Today, they roll snowballs - starting small and turning unstoppable momentum into meaningful value.

That shift didn't happen by luck, and it took 4 key principles that define how we deliver value early and often:

1️⃣ Momentum is the name of the game
2️⃣ Small and early is better than big and late
3️⃣ Build for humans, not for processes
4️⃣ Value is a feeling, not a metric

In navigating the realities of how organizations operate now (and especially in how they seek advice and support to build Data & AI tools), we know that the way we do work has to evolve.

It has to evolve because the old models and frameworks for strategic advisory are stale, and the turbulence we feel these days as an industry is a sign: the ground is shifting, and our clients' demands continue to grow.

Being able to quickly show the value of what we do is now table stakes, so the first step to get there is to begin rolling those snowballs down the hill.

Because in our game, delivering fast and with precision isn't just a fad - it's survival.
